What we do with your information
AC760 exists to do two things: publish plain-spoken desert HVAC guides, and connect homeowners who ask with the one HVAC company covering their area. That shapes everything below.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, the details you provide (name, city, ZIP, contact information, system type, and your description of the problem) go to the single HVAC company holding the lease for your area, and to the site operator for delivery and record-keeping. That is the whole journey. Your information is never sold, and it is never sent to multiple contractors.
Contact consent
Submitting a request means the company covering your area may contact you about that request by call, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Ask them to stop and they stop - tell us at the same address if they do not.
California rights (CCPA)
California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, and ask for deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Analytics
We use basic, privacy-respecting site analytics to see which guides help people. No advertising trackers.
This is a plain-language summary of our practices, written to be read. It is not legal advice, and the operator's formal policy governs where they differ.
